polke at burda

It was nice to see at the Burda Museum the Sigmar Polke exhibition…an artist that I really knew very little about. I loved the “Schwarze Licht” glass: I was so happy to see something reminding me of Trieste…(and yes, I was the only one knowing what that was! – radio-active glass produced in Bohemia in the 19th century)…

A nice dinner follows, at Rive Gauche, next door…a nice chat with Meribel and Ute…it is always fantastic to team up with other ladies during these business dinners attended by men to a 98% rate…it helps in keeping conversation punchy and light, after a full day of work and meetings…
