to Balcony or not to balcony

Too much rain for the flowers…luckily today they could “dry up” a bit and recover some of their scents…

…and hopefully the weather will improve so that these strawberries will taste of something?

…the South African geraniums love their overnight mist, but not the continuous downpours from Atlantic storms…

…bees and bumblebees have been spotted today, mingling about the flowers especially grown for them, sage, lavender and some others whose names I don’t know, but which they seem to appreciate…

…also our Sydneysider succulent plant is recovering from the wet weather…

Mimmino keeps on licking and tasting flowers (impatiens, petuniae, carnations – but no geraniums) …now he is utterly and totally stoned! crazy gardener cat!

The dark pink mauve…kissed by the 9pm solstice sun…

Schiaparelli-hue geraniums are so beautiful. Speechless.

All together now! Rosemary and nasturtium (drenched…still a bit unconscious)…verbena and impatiens….Mimmino likes to hide in their shade…

And my Proust corner, slightly nostalgic…hydrangea (reminds me of Madera), lobelia (reminds me of Tyrol) and a blue-gray little unknown beauty who survived Winter!
