Surprising Charlottenburg

size=708x398During one of our crisp and fresh Berlin Spazierengang, we went to see the Haus des Rundfunks…

We still have to visit the interior, but this is the archetype of the radio broadcasting building as it was the first one to be erected – and is still a benchmark today, from a technical point of view, many intuitions having been the right ones. It is also incredibly beautiful, with a long bauhaus front and an unexpected heart shape, making it charming from each side…and incredibly light, for its size. If you want to know more, check rbb out…or book a visit.
