Train junkies/1

We are train junkies. Otherwise we would not have named the blog like a train.

So we ended up having a Full Monty of british railway experience – the best and worst of it – in a matter of a few days.

It all started on Tuesday, when I arrived at London City Airport and, since I am a train junkie, went to bed at St.Pancras Station (in the hotel quand-meme). I was there for work, but I managed to put train addiction right in the middle of work as well. Am seriously addicted, yes.

Each time I go to St.Pancras and I arrive late at night, I cannot avoid going and looking at the towering statue in the main concourse…it makes me feel close to MeinMann even if I am miles away. Actually, this time round…I am closer! Strange, new feeling! London is getting a new facet here. I lived in London, have many memories attached to it. But this is new.
