April 20th. A sunset in Norderney, North Sea. We were mesmerized at the sight of the sun. For so many months we did not catch a glimpse of the orange ball. The star. We did have beautiful, fluffy snow. That was uplifting, even if on shades of grey. But I cannot describe what it means to see again that orange big thing up in the sky when you haven’t seen for months. It’s sacred.
