The Tonhalle concert hall used to be an astronomic observatory. That’s why it has something extraterrestrial about it…
I love the very terrestrial hues of brow-blue-turquoise….
The foyer is very welcoming and it fosters a relaxed atmosphere…I love the Auditorium in Rome but it feels so “without a center” and you are being rushed in and rushed out of the place…whereas here the foyer is a place for chatting, having a drink, browsing records…
Overall it’s a small concert hall, but it’s a jewel…
And the next appointment is with “Terminator”…Christian Ehring!
